They say that rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck, but I don’t think that same adage applies to bridal portraits. I think we can all agree that if you’re having portraits before your wedding, you’re going to want to ensure that you don’t end up with a dress that’s mud-stained!
Aubrey of Wild Heart Films took advantage of the versatility of the studio for bridal portraits recently. After realizing there was rain in the forecast she knew she needed a backup plan. Aubrey and her bride utilized the Luxury suite but the Main suite was the kicker, "what we really needed was a BIG space to fit a BIG dress" as Aubrey put it. The studio offers so many unique spots to recreate real wedding day portraits. From areas to hang a dress in a window plus places to document all of those important details like those shoes! Don't forget the flowers! The Hanging Gardens created this beautiful arrangement!
Aubrey's advice from her session: "Don’t feel like you need the space the way that you see everyone else use it, make it your own! Since the studio is so versatile, don’t be afraid to try new rooms. We did most of our shooting in the main room because we needed clean white walls and lots of space for a big dress. " The Studio is definitely honored to have Aubrey in the house and couldn't agree more.
